The terms governing our text messaging program.

Program Description
ReCare Join operates two opt-in SMS message categories. The Account Notification category delivers status updates, sign-up reminders, and next-step coordination messages tied to inquiries you submit. The Marketing category delivers occasional announcements of new remote-friendly trial opportunities, category guides, and educational updates that match your stated interests.
How to Opt In
You opt in by checking the box for a specific category on our interest form at recarejoin.com/contact and submitting the form. The checkbox is unchecked by default and must be selected by you. Consent is not a condition of using the site or any free resource.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your stated interests and the category you opted in to. Marketing messages are limited to approximately six per month.
Carrier Charges
Message and data rates may apply. Charges depend on your wireless plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Opt Out
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to any text message. You will receive a single confirmation message and no further messages will be sent after opt out.

Privacy
Your phone number and SMS opt-in are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. ReCare Join does not sell, share, or transfer your SMS opt-in or phone number to research organizations, trial sponsors, drug development companies, or third-party marketers.
Supported Carriers
Our SMS program is compatible with major U.S. carriers. Carrier participation may change.
Identification
The first message you receive after opting in will identify ReCare Join, describe the program, state the message frequency, include "Msg & data rates may apply," confirm you can reply STOP to cancel, and clarify that ReCare Join is not a research organization or healthcare provider.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these SMS Terms of Service from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
