ReCare Join is not a research organization, study sponsor, or healthcare provider.

We collect the information you choose to provide through our interest form, including your name, email address (optional), phone number (optional), and any notes you share about your availability or interests. We also collect limited technical information such as browser type and pages viewed, used solely to operate and improve the site.
How We Use Information
We use your information to respond to your inquiry, send the account notification or marketing text messages you have opted in to receive, and coordinate an introduction to an independent trial program only when you have asked us to do so. We do not use your information to make any medical or eligibility decision on your behalf.

If you opt in to text messaging, we send messages within the categories you selected. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT at any time to opt out. You can reply HELP for help. Your SMS opt-in is never shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your contact information with research organizations, trial sponsors, drug development companies, or third-party marketers. When you ask for an introduction to a specific independent trial program, we will tell you which program we plan to introduce you to and share your contact information only with that program for the sole purpose of that introduction. We may share information with service providers who help us operate the site and messaging program under appropriate confidentiality obligations.
Your Choices
You can request access, correction, or deletion of your information at any time by emailing us. You can opt out of marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link in any email and opt out of SMS messages by replying STOP.
Children
ReCare Join is intended for adults 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided information, please contact us and we will delete it.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information you provide. No method of transmission over the Internet is fully secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
